Welcome to the Salt Lake Volleyball Club! We are excited to have you join us for an amazing season of youth volleyball.

To secure your spot on the team, please complete the online season registration by Monday, November 4th. 

 

How to Register

1. Visit the Registration Page HERE: Click on the link to access the online registration form.
2. Fill Out the Form: Provide all the required information, including player details, parent/guardian contact information, and any other necessary details.
3. Submit Your Registration: Once you have completed the form, submit it to finalize your registration.

season dues

1. PAYMENT IN FULL: Club Fees that are paid in full will receive a 5% discount. This can be done via 2 ways:
   1. Credit Card: If you'd like to do a payment in full via a credit card, please enter the coupon code "PIFCC" at the time of checkout to receive 5% off.
   2. Check: If you'd like to do a payment in full via a check, please enter the coupon code "CHECK2025" at the time of checkout. Checks are due at the Player-Parent-Coach's Meeting (11/6).
2. PAYMENT PLAN: SLVC offers payment plan options. These are not monthly fees, but an option we provide to help split up the season costs. Payment plans require a down payment at the time of registration, then 5 monthly installments due on the 7th of each month. (See below for payment plan details.) All payment plans require a debit or credit card and to be processed online. (Check payments are not accepted for the payment plan option.) Be sure to select the correct payment plan option for your player's team (Training Team or Club Team) at the time of checkout.
   1. Payment Plan Training Team:
      • $150 down payment due at the time of registration.
      • Then $130/month for 5 months (starting 12/7/24 through 4/7/25).
   2. Payment Plan Club Teams:
      • $350 down payment due at the time of registration.
      • Then $300/month for 5 months (starting 12/7/24 through 4/7/25)

Important Information

• Commitment: By completing the registration, you are showing your commitment to the Salt Lake Volleyball Club for the upcoming season.
• Notification: If you are not planning to play with Salt Lake Volleyball this season, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make necessary arrangements.
• Deadline: All registrations must be completed by Monday, November 4th to secure your spot on the team.
• Parent-Player-Coach's Meeting: All players and a parent should plan to attend our Parent-Player-Coach's Meeting on Wednesday, November 6th. *Training Team and Club Teams @ 6:30pm. We will go over club expectations, payment info, practices, tournaments, fundraising, uniforms, and meet your coaches! *Updated information
